Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping is Free on all orders.

Shipment processing time: All orders should be processed within 2 business days. All orders will be received by mail or courier depending on appropriate circumstances. Due to circumstances around Global Events eg. COVID -19, Fuel Crisis and other circumstances out of our control, delays may be experienced.

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation upon purchase.

Tracking is available on all orders and will be sent via email once the order has been dispatched. ( if you do not receive confirmation email please check spam/trash folder- if you cannot find the confirmation after checking these folders please email info@varietytradesource.com and we will send you the details).

Domestic Shipping

All items are shipped from within Australia, delivery is 3-7 days and using Australia Post or courier service as appropriate.

Damages

This store not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
