Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping is Free on all orders.
Shipment processing time: All orders should be processed within 2 business days. All orders will be received by mail or courier depending on appropriate circumstances. There may be circumstances out of our control that may delay shipping times i.e. weather events.
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation upon purchase.
Tracking is available on all orders and will be sent via email once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are between 3-10 days and using Australia Post or Courier service as appropriate.
Damages
This store not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. If goods are damaged photographic or video evidence will need to be provided in order to process a refund or organise a replacement.
